- USE OF REED DIFFUSERS:
- Reed Diffusers usually have 10 bamboo/rattan reeds placed in a narrow-mouthed container of fragrance oil with the reed tips placed in a circular pattern since the reeds transfer the scent up to the surrounding air by capillary action, much like a celery stick wicks water upwards. For best results, the reeds must be turned periodically so the ends with new oil are up. A coaster is recommended under the the container to protect fine wood or delicate surfaces.
