  3. Shipping Information

    In most cases, a preferred shipping method may be selected by our customer, with the exception of our free shipping promotion. We use United Parcel Service (UPS) as our primary shipping method, however we will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) for customers who may require USPS due to address restrictions. To receive our free shipping promotion, which is valid only for shipments to the 48 Continental US States, you must select “UPS Ground” only. During your checkout, shipping rates will be shown from the UPS or USPS rates servers in real time, based on the combined total product weight of the items in your shopping cart. Based on the zip/postal code of the shipping address, the available shipping options and their respective rates will be shown for your choice during the first step of checking out.

  4. Can I determine Shipping Cost before check out?

    Yes you can, just add your items to your cart as normal. When you are ready to check out, click on the shopping cart icon to proceed to the cart page and there you will see a Get Rates button. Select the country and type in your zip/postal code and then click the “Get Rates” button. You will be shown your total including any applicable taxes, discounts or gift wrapping.   7. What's your Return Policy?

    One aspect of our Customer Service program is that we check items as received from our manufacturers to ensure products are consistent quality because we want you to be pleased with your purchase. However, if you are dissatisfied with an item, complete a Return Request form within 7 days of receiving the item to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number. We will follow up by e-mail, providing you with directions on how to return the item. The returned item must be shipped back to us at your cost, prepaid and insured. Items returned without an RMA number marked on the outside of the package or not returned via prepaid insured shipping will be refused. NOTE: The cost of any original shipping & handling on an invoice will not be refunded and any items purchased from our Clearance Corner are final sales that may not be returned. In order to receive an exchange or refund, an item must be returned in its original condition, in it’s original packaging with all tags and product information, ready for re-sale. Refunds will be the price paid for the item LESS any special service like gift wrap and, where applicable, LESS the adjusted shipping and handling charges that would have been charged for the returned item(s) if it was part of a order that received free shipping. If an item being returned reduces the order total below the free shipping promo amount, the shipping for the entire order will be deducted from a refund.

    Items Damaged During Shipping: Our packages are shipped via insured UPS or USPS mail. Because we pack with care to get your purchase to you safely, in all the shipments we send worldwide, we rarely have claims for shipping damage. You must let us know within 24 hours if there is shipping damage in order to file a damage claim.

    International Shipments: Sorry, but we are unable to accept returns of International purchases. Please note that some shipping methods to international destinations and shipments to some countries are not insurable.

We have recently implemented a real time inventory so you can see how many of an item we have in-stock. Our in-stock accuracy for customer purchases is very high at nearly 100%, however, in the event there is a glitch, we will telephone and/or email you within 24 hours to let you know so you can select another item or cancel that item.

    • Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates issued expire one year from the date of issuance.*
    • Gift certificates must be redeemed through the Something More Store.com web site, http://www.somethingmorestore.com, toward the purchase of products listed in SomethingMoreStore.com’s catalogs. They do not apply to shipping, delivery, taxes or other service charges and are for merchandise only.
    • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
    • Once this Gift Certificate is used, any remaining balance cannot be transferred to another customer.
    • If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.
    • Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
    • Gift certificates and their use on the Something More Store.com web site are subject to the general Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice.
    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
    • Something More Store.com will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is either redeemed through the Something More Store.com web site or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the Something More Store.com web site.
