SHIPPING DEADLINES for delivery before Christmas Eve 2011 via UPS-Ground: (bad weather may cause delays)

• Expedited shipping available includes UPS 3-Day Select, 1 or 2-Day UPS Air, USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days), or USPS Express Mail overnight to most cities.

 UPS SHIPPING INFORMATION

WE ARE LOCATED IN TEXAS near Fort Worth. (yellow area on map) Transit times are in business days and do not include the day a package is shipped. Since we are centrally located, UPS Ground Shipping to most states usually takes only 1 to 3 business days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Military APO/FPO are shipped USPS Priority Mail. 

Orders within the US ship by UPS GROUND or USPS Priority Mail. International orders ship by USPS Global Priority Mail air service or UPS STANDARD TO CANADA ground service is available. International customers are responsible for customs brokerage, duty and taxes assessed by their country. Customs Brokerage Fee charged by UPS to our Canadian customers is $10 for UPS Standard to Canada, or $5 by Canada Post for USPS Global Priority Mail.

DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT SURCHARGE: packages sent by air service such as USPS Priority Mail and UPS Overnight or 2-Day Air may incur a surcharge for dimensional weight on packages larger one cubic foot. This surcharge is usually about $10, unless its a large shipment. Since we don’t know if there will be a surcharge until we pack an order, if you prefer confirmation of the surcharge before we ship your order, please call us toll free at 1-877-844-9400, otherwise the amount of the dimensional weight surcharge charged will be added to your order.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Military APO/FPO is by USPS Priority Mail.

SHIPPING FRAGRANCE OILS and FUELS:
We are only permitted by law to ship fragrance lamp oil-fuel to the lower 48 States, excluding California, via UPS Ground Service, or to Canada by UPS Standard To Canada. Please do not choose Priority Mail for fuels.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
At the present time we ship to Canada, United Kingdom and most of Europe, Australia, and Japan. To check shipping rates, put an item in the shopping cart and click input your state and zip code in to the shipping calculator. If your country is not shown, send us an email with your full shipping address and postal code and we’ll verify it is an approved PayPal shipping country and then activate that country. The only shipping methods available for International is Global Priority Mail or UPS Standard to Canada only.

HOW TO CHECK SHIPPING RATES BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT:
To check shipping cost, put the item(s) you wish to purchase in your shopping cart, go to the “SHOPPING CART”, click on green tab “SHIPPING RATES”, click on drop down menu to select your country, and put in your zip code/postal code. For International Customers: we offer USPS postal service shipping to many countries so please use the same method to check shipping rates. However, if your country is not shown on the drop down menu when you check on check shipping rates tab, please send us a note via our Contact Us form in customer service and provide us with your full address including postal code so we can set up your location.
 

GIFT CERTIFICATE CUSTOMERS:
Electronic Gift Certificates are setup for to be emailed to the recipient are no charge for shipping. A Paper Gift Certificate is mailed to the recipient via US mail and has a $1.25 shipping charge.

FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING: Applicable to orders of $75.00 or more within the continental US only.
Unless an order includes back-ordered items it will usually ship the same day or next day if received after 2pm CST. Please remember to add 1 day to times shown on the map for the day of pick up. To qualify for free UPS Ground Shipping, your order must total $75.00 or more before special services such as gift wrap, taxes and regular shipping charges and must be one shipment to one address.

RETURNED ITEM(S): If a returned item causes the value of your original order to fall below $75.00, the applicable shipping amount for the order will be deducted from the credit for the returned item. Free shipping is not applicable to partial back orders shipped later, multiple address shipments, returns, or prior orders.
