UPS SHIPPING INFORMATION


All transit times are measured in business days only and do not include the day a package is picked up at our warehouse. Weekends are not included in transit time estimates. For instance, a 3-day Select package will take three working days for transit time, not including the day the package is picked up from our warehouse.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground (or UPS 3-Day Select if you upgrade); EXCEPT International which is USPS, very small packages that may ship via USPS First Class Mail, and all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Military APO/FPO which are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges shown do not necessarily represent the carrier’s published rates and may include additional charges levied by the merchant.


   We use United States Postal Service (USPS) as our secondary shipping carrier. Shipping charges shown do not necessarily represent the carrier’s published rates and may include additional charges levied by the merchant.

NORMAL USPS DELIVERY TIMES:

  • Parcel Post®                6 - 9 days to most areas
  • First-Class Mail®          6 - 7 days
  • Priority Mail® service    2 - 3 days to most areas
  • Express Mail® service   1 - 2 days to most areas

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Military APO/FPO is restricted to Priority Mail by USPS.

SHIPPING LAMPE AVENUE FRAGRANCE OIL FUELS AND REED DIFFUSER OILS:
Please note that we only ship Lampe Avenue fragrance lamps and fragrance oil fuels to the lower 48 States via UPS Ground Service or USPS Parcel Post for PO Boxes. Please choose "UPS Ground" from the available shipping methods when checking out with an order that contains Lampe Avenue Fragrance Oil Fuel.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

At the present time we ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Ireland, and the Netherlands. If you would like a shipment sent to another country in Europe, please send us an email with your full shipping address and postal code for shipping rate. The only shipping methods we use for International are Global Priority Mail, Airmail Letter Post or Airmail Parcel Post. If other methods are displayed during checkout, please ensure you use only the above methods since items we ship will not fit into any kind of envelope that the carrier rates may display. If you encounter problems finalizing your order you can either call us toll free at 1-877-844-9400 or 1-817-441-2000 or email us at  richard@somethingmorestore.com   to have the shippings rates calculated for you.

HOW TO CHECK SHIPPING RATES BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT:
 To check shipping costs to your location, put the item(s) you wish to purchase in your shopping cart, then go into the “SHOPPING CART”, click on green tab “SHIPPING RATES”, click on drop down menu to select your country, and put in your zip code/postal code. For International Customers: we offer USPS postal service shipping to many countries so please use the same method to check shipping rates. However, if your country is not shown on the drop down menu when you check on check shipping rates tab, please send us a note via our Contact Us form in customer service and provide us with your full address including postal code so we can set up your location.

GIFT CERTIFICATE CUSTOMERS:
   Shipping for Electronic Gift Certificates is setup for Certificates that are emailed to the recipient and have a zero dollar cost for shipping.
   Paper Gift Certificates are for Certificates that are mailed to the recipient via US mail and carry a $1.25 shipping charge.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY:
We offer FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on orders of $75.00 or more within the continental US.
Unless otherwise notified, all orders with free UPS GROUND usually leave our warehouse within 1 business day, except in the holiday season when it is 1-2 days. Please look on the UPS map above for delivery time to your state and add 1 day for day of pick up. If your delivery is time sensitive, we suggest that you upgrade to a faster method.

To qualify for free ground shipping (via UPS GROUND), your order must total $75.00 before special services such as gift wrap, taxes and regular shipping charges and you should allow up to 7 days for delivery; see the above map for business days, not including the day your order is picked up by UPS. If you need your order sooner, you may select a faster shipping option, either UPS 3-DAY SELECT, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. NOTE: If a returned item causes the value of the original order to fall below $75.00, the applicable shipping amount for the entire order will be deducted from the credit. Free shipping applies only one time to one address per order and does not apply to returns or prior orders.  Free shipping is available only in the 48 Continental States in the USA.
